We are currently seeking a Hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.

Job Description:

– Serve as a role model for Kartee M Team Members.
– Monitor weekly salon goals and targets.
– Establish and maintain a loyal client base.
– Provide guidance to trainees in practical hairdressing skills and services in the future
– cover employee holidays taking into account peak periods and seasonal fluctuations.
– Uphold high-quality standards for all hair treatments and services
– Encourage assistants to observe and learn from your work.
– Perform all salon services including hair cutting, styling, colour and hair up
– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the salon premises.
– Handle client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
– Monitor salon supplies and equipment, replenishing stock as necessary.
– Process client payments and maintain detailed transaction records.
