– Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, colouring, cutting, extensions, and barbering.
– Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their needs and preferences.
– Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
– Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Stylist in a salon or beauty setting.
– Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
– Knowledge of store management practices is a plus.
– hairdressing qualifications in colouring or cutting but if not both happy to have one as your main profession.
– Barbering skills are desirable but not required.
– A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
