At Create Hair & beauty we are seeking a skilled and passionate senior stylist to join our team!
Our salon is based in a busy location in the heart of Morriston.
The position is a 28 hour week working Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday with the opportunity to increase hours in the future.
The position is hairdressing only, not barbering as we already have a barber on staff.
Essentials
- Applicant must be qualified at NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) or above
- Minimum 2 years experience in a professional salon
- Ability to work well in a team
Preferred but not essential
- Stylist who also does occasion hair
- Own client base
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired looks
- Ensure a clean and organised work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage salon operations including appointment scheduling and front desk operations
- Stay up to date with current trends, techniques & products
