Job Description:

Are you an experienced hair stylist with a Level 3 qualification? Do you have a knack for training or mentoring junior stylists? If so, we would love to hear from you! At The Secret Salon. We are committed to fostering talent and providing exceptional service. As a Senior Hair Styist, you will play a pivotal role in both client satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients.

– Specialize in shorter styles, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.

– Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.

– Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.

– Maintain a clean and organized work station.

– Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service.

– Collaborate with the team to create a positive and cohesive working environment.

Requirements:

– Level 3 Hairdressing qualification.

– Proven experience as a salon based hair stylist.

– Experience in training or mentoring junior staff.

– Competent in cutting and styling shorter styles.

– Barbering skills are preferred but not essential.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

– A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
